The CLM team is the revenue growth engine for Smart Axiata, housed within marketing. The nature of the work is inter-disciplinary, a combination of understanding advanced analytics, customer segmentation, marketing strategy, and the company’s positioning.
The role is a balance of using data analysis to gain actionable insights (customer segmentation, churn analysis, incentive optimization) and working cross-functionally to drive campaign execution.
- Daily business operations
- Customer data analysis & reporting
- Pre-define system configuration & campaign launch
- Coordinating with other terms for launch, customer issue, etc.
Education & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Analytics or other relevant field is required.
- Fresh graduates with a minimum of 1 year of working experience.
- Abilities to plan, manage, execute, and coordinate with other teams
- Data analysis & Analytical mindset
- Excel & PPT working
- Ready to take challenges to get things done.
- Good communication in English & Khmer, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in computer skills, MS. Office, Email, Internet, etc.
