Job responsibilities

Job Purpose:

In Smart Axiata, we believe in giving customers an exceptional digital experience through our world-class products, services, and customer care. Customer Experience is the core of our inspiration and design.

  • Activating SimCard or changing SimCard was requested by the relevant teams.
  • Increasing/decreasing the credit limit requested by the corporate sales team.
  • Adding/removing service was requested by the corporate sales team.
  • Assisting and supporting front office and call center agents in their day-to-day operations.
  • Performing police checks including CDR, identification of subscriber, and location of the subscriber.
  • Coordinating with DDD, sales support, and dealer processing application subscriber registration.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or any related field.
  • Good communication in English (Reading/Writing/Speaking).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Be honest, open-minded, reliable, self-motivated, and have good communication skills.
