Job responsibilities
Job Purpose:

- Activating SimCard or changing SimCard was requested by the relevant teams.
- Increasing/decreasing the credit limit requested by the corporate sales team.
- Adding/removing service was requested by the corporate sales team.
- Assisting and supporting front office and call center agents in their day-to-day operations.
- Performing police checks including CDR, identification of subscriber, and location of the subscriber.
- Coordinating with DDD, sales support, and dealer processing application subscriber registration.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or any related field.
- Good communication in English (Reading/Writing/Speaking).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Be honest, open-minded, reliable, self-motivated, and have good communication skills.
