Job responsibilities

  • Activate SIM card or change SIM card was requested by corporate sale team.
  • Increase/Decrease credit limited was requested by corporate sale team.
  • Add service and remove service was requested by corporate sale team.
  • Change tariff plans between postpaid and prepaid.
  • Block number or Unblock number and Delay payment.
  • Change Company’s information / bill address & Print call detail.
  • Assist and support front office and call center agent in their day to day operations.

Job requirements

  • BA degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or any related field
  • Highly motivated and can work independently
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
  • Be honest, open minded, reliable, self-motivated, and have good communication skills
  • Team Work
  • High Commitment
  • Good in English and Khmer, both written and spoken
