Job responsibilities

• Ensure all the fixed asset invoices are properly recorded and on time
• Ensure all the fixed assets are properly coded and in specific locations
• Ensure all the fixed asset vouchers are properly stored with running number
• Verify and book invoices with valid supporting documents in the accounting system
• Tagging asset code on new acquisition fixed assets and update in the system
• Update fixed asset transfer note & perform monthly change location in the system
• Monthly reconciliation of general ledger of fixed asset accounts
• Scan & filling all EDC documents and monthly fixed asset payment voucher
• Other tasks assigned by management

Job requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Be able to communicate in English.
• Must have basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be honest, patient, accurate, very committed, and accountable.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
