Your core responsibilities include market analysis, revenue forecasting/modelling, and performance tracking. You will also serve as a bridge between data-driven insights and actionable commercial strategies, enabling product innovation, growth, and profitability.
Strategic and Business Planning:
- Develop and conduct business planning models to support revenue forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Track and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, providing updates and recommendations to product owners and senior management.
Market and Customer Intelligence:
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities, risks, and evolving consumer needs.
- Analyze B2C segment performance and user behavior trends to identify levers for growth and retention.
- Monitor telecommunications industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements
- Proactively identify new business opportunities based on customer insights and data.
Product Performance and Innovation
- Collaborating with product teams to analyze user engagement, drop-offs, and behavior using dashboards, analytics tools, and surveys.
- Translate product insights into recommendations for enhancement or new offerings.
Growth and commercial Strategies
- Lead cross-functional planning to develop and implement initiatives aimed at customer acquisition, ARPU growth, and digital adoption.
- Contribute to business case development for new commercial initiatives or partnerships.
Reporting & Communication
- Create compelling presentations and reports for executive leadership, highlighting trends, performance drivers, and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track product, segment, and revenue performance KPIs.
