As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for Ensuring operational shift under own responsibility are aligned with company’s procedures, guidelines, SOPs, Policies. Area of responsibility covers NOC and SOC Units. Acting as key con-tact point of each shift for updating network service status, performance, incident, planned maintenance, internal or external communications. Mainly responsible for BCM support, handling emergency under covered area. Guiding and supporting new shift engineer onboarding into shift work. Taking care of network availability, service availability to comply with KPI, SLA. Managing shift log, handover report, incident report, ticket dashboard, SLA fulfilment under each shift. Handling and following up with any late payment case, site access issue, fuel order case, fiberco issue which could lead to potential network or service disruption. Proactively en-gage with support team either on-site or expert level to preventively handle alert ahead of issue happening. Look after Datacenter in each shift, both access and operation activity whenever there is no Datacenter engineer working at office. On the other hand, keeping related stake-holders informed about any incident, anomaly arising within operated shift. Taking part in idea input, testcase for OSS usecase development for digital transformation. Your role will be working in shift.
