Job Purpose

The Solutions Sales Lead is to identify potential customers based on the assigned segment to penetrate the market to meet Enterprise Business goal & target through consulting and offering enterprise solutions to customers. Mentoring the team members and taking a leadership role to help other staff overcome client’s issues and to promote more up selling and cross selling.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify potential customers based on the assigned segment to penetrate the market to meet Enterprise Business goal & target through consulting and offering solutions to customers. 
  • Mentoring the team members and taking a leadership role to help other staff overcome client’s issues and to promote more up selling and cross selling particularly Enterprise Solution Product. 
  • Build a professional relationship and networking with new and existing customers to expand the business to increase the customer loyalty and to build new revenue streams with new products and services. 
  • Provide market updates and customer feedback to Product and Marketing for market analysis and product. development also work closely with Product team on certain customer requests for new products and services. 
  • Strong understanding of enterprise solution including Managed WIfi, Cloud Computing, SD WAN, SASE, GSOC, FTTX/DPLC/MPLC 
  • In Charge of Enterprise Solution Project and coordinate with all stakeholders 
  • Monitor Solution Sales and Pre Sales team to deliver the technical and sales proposal and communicate to stake holders 
  • Understanding your clients’ needs and being able to suggest. new solutions to streamline their business and help in cost cutting. 
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • An advanced degree or relevant technical certifications (e.g., in Cloud, Networking, or Security) is a plus.
  • 3+ years in B2B/Enterprise Solutions Sales or Pre-Sales. 
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding Enterprise Business goals through market penetration and consultative selling.
  • Consulting & Solution Selling: Expert ability to understand complex client needs and suggest strategic solutions that drive cost cutting and business streamlining.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Demonstrated ability to mentor Pre-Sales/Sales team members and lead efforts to resolve client issues, promoting up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in building professional customer relationships (loyalty and new revenue streams) and effectively coordinating Enterprise Solution Projects with all internal stakeholders.
