How to buy a voucher

Open the SmartLuy app.

Select ‘Vouchers’ on the home screen.

Choose the voucher you want.

Select ‘Buy’.

Confirm the purchase with your 4-digit PIN (or biometric data).

You will then see the voucher you just bought in the “Purchased” tab.
How to redeem a voucher

Open the SmartLuy app.

Select ‘Vouchers’ on the home screen.Go to the ‘Purchased’ tab.

Go to the ‘Purchased’ tab.

Select the voucher you want to redeem (don’t swipe the voucher yourself).

Present your phone to the cashier.

The cashier will swipe the voucher to complete the redemption.
