Subscribers must be in active payment life cycle period on the day of their birthday in order to enjoy the promotion.
Promotion is applicable only to subscribers who have proper registration information in Smart billing system. Smart shall bear no responsibility for the cases when subscriber’s information is not updated in the system due to delays in transfer of information or improper handling of documents by Smart dealers and partners, or any other reasons outside of Smart control. Subscribers may visit Smart Store or any of the Smart Shops in order to check and update their personal information prior to their birthday in order to ensure the information in the system is correct and up to date.
After the bonus minutes are used, subscribers will be charged normally according to their tariff plan.
Bonuses provided for this promotion shall be used for subscriber’s normal conversations and personal communication needs and cannot be used for commercial activity, for spamming or harassing other subscribers or any other activity which violates Smart general terms of use.
