Smart Mobile and AIESEC launch the 1,000 Global Leaders Program for the year 2011-2012

The 1,000 Global Leaders Program is a leadership development program for undergraduate students and recent graduates. It is one of the most popular programs of AIESEC in Cambodia and is considered as the unique program across the entire AIESEC global network of over 110 countries. The 1,000 Global Leaders Program was initiated in Cambodia in 2010, and over 500 Cambodian teenagers have successfully passed through this program with a strong support from Smart Mobile and other partners.

By focusing on developing critically needed business and leadership skills and experiences with Cambodian youth leaders, AIESEC and Smart Mobile aspire to contribute towards resolving the problems that youth and businesses face in Cambodia in presence and future. The program for the year 2011-2012 has been launched on Friday 9^th September 2011 at the Smart Store of Smart Mobile on Monivong Blvd., Phnom Penh; the training will start on 15^th October 2011.

The AIESEC 1,000 Global Leaders Program will address the needs of the young leaders by providing world-class training on essential skills such as teamwork, communication, presentation, critical thinking and leadership as well as building up their ability to engage with problems in a positive and professional manner. With the essential support of Smart Mobile, a Champion Partner of AIESEC, this leadership program is available for final year university students and recent graduates.
