Logistic Assistant
Profile:
- Handles import shipment at Smart Mobile head office
- Monitors and maintains proper storage of the shipment in the Smart Mobile warehouse
- Distributes the shipment to partner and dealers
- Transfers/communicates the shipment data in system for partner and dealers
- Checks the shipment status and updates reports to Logistic Manager on a daily/monthly basis
- Other assignments by Logistic Manager or Top Management
Requirements:
- Male, 18 to 35 years of age
- University graduate in Business Administration or related field
- One year experience in stock controlling
- Accuracy and trustworthiness is an absolute must.
- Fluent Khmer and good English both spoken and written
- Computer proficiency, i.e. MS-Office
- Working time flexibility
Call Center Agent
Profile:
- Pick up phone calls of customers
- Answering customer's questions quickly and correctly
- Handling customer's complaints online and record them
- Forwarding issues to specialists in case the complaint could not be solved online
- Following up with the customers when complaints were solved
- Answering and recording customer inquiries
- Ensuring confidentiality of the company data and customer details
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate student in management or marketing
- At least 1 year of working experience, preferable in a call center
- Computer and communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and high degree of accuracy
- Fluent Khmer, English and Chinese, spoken and written, positive and soft voice, accurate pronunciation
Junior Billing Administrator, VAS Administrator
Profile:
- Configuration and change management of one of the large information systems, depending of the specialization -
- Billing system, Prepaid system (IN), Provisioning and Mediation system, Interconnection system, SMSC, USSD and other
- VAS systems and Roaming
- Testing and diagnosis of settings and operation correctness of above mentioned information system.
- Implementation of new services based on the information systems.
- Analysis of statistics, traffic and performance load and preventive diagnostics of load.
- Coordination of work with information system supplier.
- Reporting problems to the information system supplier and ensuring problems resolution.
- Troubleshooting & Ensuring 24x7 uninterruptable services and Software upgrades installation.
Requirements:
- Experience with exploitation and configuration of large information system (Billing system, Interconnection
system, Prepaid system, ERP system or banking system)
- Knowledge of GSM and telecommunication basics; IT-field knowledge
- Knowledge of any programming languages, Knowledge of SQL is must.
- 2 years of working experience in IT, software programming or telecommunication
- Must be a team player and able to work in Shifts.
- Fluent Khmer and profound English both spoken and written
