Latelz Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of international telecom holding firm Timeturns Holdings Limited based in Cyprus, which owns several telecommunication operators and licenses within Asia and Africa. Latelz owns a license to act as a mobile telecommunication operator in the Kingdom of Cambodia. This license has been granted by the Cambodian Ministry for Post and Telecommunications (MPTC). Latelz has also been granted a Qualified Investment Project license by the Council of the Development of Cambodia. Latelz operates its mobile telecommunication network using GSM technology under the brand name Smart Mobile with the number prefixes 010, 069, 070 and 093. Smart Mobile employs more than 200 people including local and foreign experts.
Beside telecommunication investments, the investors of Timeturns Holdings Limited have successful investments in banking, real estate development, retail and heavy machinery production in various countries across Europe and Asia.
